OmniResponse launches new bedding product

OmniReliant Holdings, Inc. announces that OmniResponse, Inc., the wholly owned consumer products enterprise of OmniReliant Holdings, Inc., will launch a new bedding brand. On September 6, 2010, OmniResponse acquired the exclusive rights to brand certain sleep products. The current products include a line of rolled foam, soy based memory foam mattresses, pillows, toppers, and a full complement of bedding sheets and accessories. All of the foam products are eco-friendly.

OmniResponse has elected to launch this new product line under a brand name owned by OmniResponse. The name of the brand will be announced later this year. This new brand launch follows the OmniResponse strategy of launching home grown brands owned by the company.

Bill Barlow, EVP of Global Business Development for OmniResponse, Inc., said, "We are particularly interested in launching these sleep products in the European market since Europeans are very familiar with and supportive of eco-friendly products. The European market has been receptive to products that demonstrate ecological values."

Robert J. DeCecco, CEO of OmniReliant Holdings, Inc., said, "This is a very exciting for us at OmniResponse. Owning the brand rights provides OmniResponse increased intangible value beyond just profits from product sales. The sleep and bedding category is a multi-billion dollar industry.
